ERIE, PA – The PIAA District X Softball playoffs continue with semifinal action slated for Friday.
In Class A, West Middlesex will face Saegertown, in a matchup slated for 2pm at Allegheny College. While, Union City will take on Cochranton, earlier at Noon at Allegheny College.
Class AA has Northwestern taking on Titusville, in a 4pm start at Penn State – Behrend; while, Sharpsville will face Cambridge Springs, at 4pm at Allegheny College.
Class AAA will have some good matchups as well, General McLane and Corry (heard LIVE on WWCB 1370 AM) will battle at 2pm on the campus of Penn State – Behrend; meanwhile, Hickory and Warren square off in the other semifinal, beginning around 10am at Allegheny College.
In Class AAAA, McDowell and Mercyhurst Prep will be one of the semifinal games slated at 10am; along with, Meadville and Strong Vincent in the other showdown, getting underway around Noon at Penn State – Behrend.
The District X Championship matchups will be on Monday, at Penn State – Behrend.
