WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball team totaled 21 hits and 40 runs to sweep Penn State Scranton in conference action Thursday. Penn College won 27-0 and 13-0 and improves to 20-9 overall and 11-3 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference. Sophomores Jacob Wrenn (Granville, Mass) and Phil Carnevale (Carteret, N.J.) recorded the wins with shutouts. Senior Skylar Gingrich led all players with eight RBI in the two games. WILLIAMSPORT, PA – Sophomore Lacy Lose (Avis) and freshman Emily Yoder (Catawissa) each recorded wins in the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team’s sweep of Penn State – Scranton 6-4, 6-2. Lose won the first game striking out a season high 12 batters while Yoder had four. LEWISBURG, PA – Following a comprehensive national search, Bucknell director of athletics and recreation John Hardt has announced that Aaron Roussell will become the next head coach of the Bison women’s basketball program. For the past eight years Roussell was the head coach at the University of Chicago, where he compiled a 161-50 (.763) record, including a 52-5 mark with a 43-game regular-season winning streak over the last two seasons.
