LOGANTON – The Mid State Sports Network is making a monumental change in its direction for programming.
Sam Jordan, President / Owner of The Mid State Sports Network announced on Thursday, June 12, 2014 that he has decided to change the name of the network to better reflect the coverage of sports news, events, etc. to showcase the areas throughout the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Thus, the new name of the network is THE KEYSTONE SPORTS NETWORK.
THE KEYSTONE SPORTS NETWORK will encompass coverage from across the entire state; not just Central Pennsylvania.
In addition, the network will expand its coverage of LIVE sporting events. Not just high school, college and professional offerings.
The Mid State Sports Network has seen growth in viewers to our website over the last two years; and anticipates further visits by new listeners of upcoming broadcasts. The network has also seen other growth in the number of radio stations taking programming from the network, for those broadcast outlets.
An upcoming announcement on what additional programming opportunities will be forthcoming, may happen as early as July 1st.
