WILLIAMSPORT, PA – Senior running back Parker Showers (Aspers, Pa./Biglerville) is the 14th football player in Lycoming College’s history to earn Capital One Academic All-District honors, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced on Thursday, Nov. 8. WILLIAMSPORT, PA – For the first time in his career, tennis head coach Robert Kemrer was named Penn State University Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.  Kemrer along with four Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s tennis players earned spots on the conference end of the year awards. WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s volleyball team has been named Co-Champions with Penn State Fayette of the Penn State University Athletic Conference.  The decision comes a week after the scheduled final was postponed due to Superstorm Sandy. The decision was made by the conference volleyball committee after attempts to reschedule were unsuccessful due to the United State Collegiate Athletic Association national tournament occurring later that week.
