GREENVILLE, PA – Thiel senior catcher Danielle Massengill (North Bend, Wash./Mt. Si) was named the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Hitter of the Week Monday, as selected by the conference office.
Massengill tallied 12 hits in 19 at-bats last week for a .632 average, helping the Tomcats conclude their 2015 season with pair of PAC doubleheader sweeps. She totaled two doubles, six RBIs and scored six runs last week. Massengill owned a slugging percentage of .737 and an on-base percentage of .682. The Tomcats went 16-16 overall and 9-9 in PAC play in 2015. |
