WILLIAMSPORT, PA – The Williamsport Crosscutters open their 15th Anniversary Season at Historic Bowman Field under new manager Nelson Prada, Tuesday, June 18 as they host the State College Spikes at 7:05pm. Opening Night 2013 is presented by Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania & KISS 102-7.
Opening Night promotions include; free Crosscutters Schedule Magnets for the first 2,500 fans and an Outlaws Gear Trade-In. Fans bringing in apparel from the ill-fated Williamsport Outlaws hockey team can trade it in for a new Cutters t-shirt.
After the game, fans will have the opportunity to win great prizes with Launch-a-Ball.
The game will be televised live on WNEP2-TV and broadcast on ESPN Radio Williamsport (1050AM/104.1FM)

5:30pm – VIP Gates open for season ticket holders
5:30pm – Jay Vonada Trio playing outside the front gate at 5:30pm.
6:00pm – Main gates open
6:30pm – Pregame Live Interview w/manager Nelson Prada
6:40pm – Pregame speeches/presentations including a moment of silence for former Cutters co-owner John Schreyer and fans we lost in the past year
6:49pm – Team Introductions & recognition of 15-year season ticket holders
6:54pm – National Anthem performed by West Branch Chorus
6:57pm – Managers & Umpires Meeting
7:00pm – Ceremonial 1st pitches by Loyalsock Lancer basketball coach Ron (CI) Insinger & sponsors
7:05pm – Crosscutters vs. State College Spikes!

Box seat and general admission tickets for Opening Night are still available. Fans may order online at crosscutters.com, via phone at (570) 326-3389 or in-person at Bowman Field Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Tuesday (Opening Day) from 9am-3pm. The box office will then open for the game at 5:30pm.
