EDINBORO, PA  – Tyler Cox (Mountville, Pa./Hempfield) of the Lock Haven University men’s indoor track & field team has been named the 2013 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men’s Indoor Track & Field Champion Scholar. The PSAC Champion Scholar award is given to the male student-athlete participating in the championship with the highest grade-point-average.
